The Inspection Process

Step 1 — Easy Scheduling

Agents or buyers can book online in minutes, or call/text our business line to talk with Sarah. Confirmation will be sent to you and the client automatically, as well as a reminder the day before the inspection.

Step 2 — Thorough Inspection

We inspect the home from roof to foundation, documenting everything clearly by category (roof, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and type of issue, whether it is Maintenance, Marginal, or Safety.

Step 3 — Walkthrough Summary

Buyers and agents get a clear explanation of the major findings in person. This eliminates the need for multiple phone calls as the inspector is present for any questions you or the buyers have.

Step 4 — Same-Day Report

A detailed, categorized report with photos and explanations is delivered quickly.

Step 5 — Follow Up

We follow up with the client twice. The first time is the day after the inspection, then three days after that to see if there are any additional questions.
